A superb opportunity has arisen for you to join a subsidiary of a well respected banking institution as a Credit Controller and Administrator. The company conducts business Europe wide and the current opportunity is dedicated to supporting customers in Germany and Italy.? It is therefore essential that you that you have good business level German and Italian written and spoken skills.?
Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be dedicated to dealing professionally with customer queries in relation to Finance agreements, checking and processing new lending proposals, calculating and quoting settlement figures, raising invoices and collecting payments via direct debit.?
- In addition you will assist the credit team by contacting customers in writing and over the telephone to collect outstanding finance repayments, maintain the company?s database and ensure that you present a positive image for the company in all your external dealings.
Key Skills:
- This is a varied, interesting and challenging role which would suit someone who has some previous experience of collecting payments, is numerate, confident, hard working and well organised, and who pays attention to detail.
- You will also need to be customer service minded and articulate, with first class?spoken and written English.
- Interested candidates should also be proficient in using office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
