channels and digital media ? designing and developing rich interactive applications, web sites, web portals, mobile applications and content management systems. Position Description

Engagement Managers within Celerity?s Web & Mobile Solutions team are dynamically flexible individuals and are expected to manage various tasks at any given time. You will be leading high profile engagements, assist in writing proposals and truly manage projects by providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.? You will also be focused towards building relationships with business and technical executives, senior management, key decision makers, and technology influencers.

Basic Qualifications

????????? At least 10 years of specifically focused within internet technology consulting

????????? At least 3 years of Project Management experience to include the management of projects, clients, budgets and resources.

????????? Demonstrated experience of leading multiple medium to large scale web based projects.

????????? Proven ability to serve as a strategic advisor to clients, but also willing to roll up sleeves and serve as a day-to-day Project Manager (and possibly a?Business Analyst role) on client projects

????????? Proven ability to integrate cross functional teams to new emerging online technologies including internet, mobile, social media, and other channels,

????????? Must have led multiple full life cycle Content Management Systems implementations (CMS) CMS implementations may include Drupal, Ektron, Adobe CQ5, SDL Tridion, Interwoven Teamsite, etc

????????? At least 5 years of true consulting in order to effectively work with stakeholders to identify business goals and transform them into products

????????? Must have excellent communication skills?in order to lead presentations for projects to executives, directors and/or high profile decision makers

????????? Must have experience in writing proposals for project?work

????????? Hold at least a Bachelors degree

Other Qualifications

High energy, detail oriented, excellent communicator and a true team player.

Direct experience in CMS, Usability Design, Analytics, SEO, Social Media or Mobile projects

A true passion for?learning and utilizing?leading edge online technologies
